Our melt and pour soap bases are easy to use and make a wonderful soap. You can melt them slowly in the microwave or in a double boiler ( the secret to melt and pour is not to boil the soap when melting). The general rule of thumb is do not add more than one ounce per pound of any additive ( for example you could add one ounce of shea butter to one pound of mp base). The clear is super clear and the white is the same base with the addition of titanium dioxide to whiten it.
