Base oils, also referrred to as vegetable oils or carrier oils, are the staples in soapmaking and used in aromatherapy products including lotions,  massage oils, and balms.  We try to maintain an inventory of the predominant oils soapmakers use in their recipes along with some of the additional favorites .
