This base is very easy to use and contains all the preservatives, emulsifiers and stabilizers needed to make a wonderfully smooth body cream or lotion. Simply add oils/butters/fragrance and water at the recommended rates. It can be done at room temperature mixed by hand, stick blender or electric mixer.
