After you place your order on the shopping cart I  prepare the invoice applying discounts and sale prices as well as shipping/cc charges.  At that time I run the credit card or make the Paypal request.   Most orders ship same day unless received after 2:30 pm and payment must be received before the order will ship. 

Please note there is not a flat shipping and handling charge.   Instead I use actual shipping costs and credit card charges per customer which are shown on the invoice.  I also make good use of the new USPS large flat rate box and can ship a box of soap base anywhere in the United States for $13.95 and it reaches you within 2 or 3 days.

Shipping will be done the least expensive way ( UPS--- USPS---Central Transport) and determined by the size of the order unless you indicate a preference .
